Therapy that is relational, intuitive, & deeply human.

My approach

  • Healing happens in relationship

I’m a person-centered therapist with a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens, which means I care just as much about how the space feels as what we talk about.

I work to offer a consistent, compassionate presence so you can feel safe, seen, and understood — especially if relationships haven’t always felt that way. A space that feels safe makes it easier to reconnect with who you really are.

  • You are more than symptoms

I don’t lead with a diagnosis, and I’m not here to pathologize your pain. I want to understand how you’ve been shaped, what you’ve carried, and how those things show up now.

I see symptoms as responses, not flaws. When we approach them with curiosity instead of judgment, they often start to soften and shift on their own.

You’re not a problem to solve. You’re a person with a story that makes sense.

  • A space where all of you is welcome

I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to offering a space where clients from marginalized racial and cultural backgrounds feel seen and respected.

I recognize that therapy doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and hold awareness of how systemic oppression, power dynamics, and cultural messages shape our lives — even when they’re not the focus of the session.

My frameworks

  • Explores how your past shapes your present

  • Focuses on relational patterns, shame, and unmet needs

  • Holds space for what emerges between us, including moments that call for repair

Psychodynamic theory

  • Honors the richness and complexity of your inner world

  • Makes room to name your experience without shame

  • Views protective parts as wise and adaptive

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Invites meaning-making and exploration

  • Welcomes big questions about identity, purpose, and truth

  • Stays present with ambiguity, transition, and transformation

Existential thought

Curious about working together?

We might be a good fit if…

  • You think and feel deeply, and sometimes wonder if that’s too much

  • You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you

  • You’re navigating grief, identity, or complex family dynamics

  • You’re a college student feeling stressed, alone, or caught between who you are at school and who you’re expected to be at home

  • You’re a high-functioning adult woman who’s always held it together, and is looking for space to unpack the weight of that

  • You’re an adult man who values emotional depth and wants space to explore what being human means beyond rigid roles

This isn’t an exhaustive list. You don’t have to see yourself in every line to belong here. If something resonates — that’s enough.
